This book which is before you is an abbreviation and explanation of an extract from Allāmah Jalāl al-Dīn Sūyūṭī’s book Tārīkh al-Khulafā, which describes the life and virtues of Sayyidunā Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq. Allah willing, the virtues and merits of the other al-Khulafā’ al-Rāshidīn will also be highlighted in this treatise.
